We don't bait and switch. We tell you up front what our goods and services cost.

"What we say on the phone is what you pay in your home." Our rates are competitive and usually substantially less than our competitors.

Usually the average service call can be rectified in 1 hour or less. We do not have a 2 hour or more minimum service call for that very reason. Why should you pay for (2) hours of labor when we are only in your home for an hour?

We have a rate that is reflective of travel time to and labor in your home or office. We don't need or choose to sell unnecessary parts to inflate "your" cost.

Our rates are $125.00 per hour. However, our estimates are free. What this means to you is this: We will come to your home or office and investigate your problem. We will then make a determination if the problem can be repaired in an hour or less. Remember most times it can be.

If the problem can be corrected in an hour or less, then $125.00 is all you pay, period. If parts are required that will be your only additional charge.

In the event that your problem cannot be corrected in an hour or less, our technician will give you a flat rate quote for the entire job. No hourly charges no matter how long it takes.

No surprises, just quality work at reasonable prices.
